ECOWEB is seeking a careful, dependable and service oriented finance professional to serve as the full time Project Admin Finance Assistant for a three year initiative supporting Indigenous Peoples participation in the conservation of the Agusan Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary. The project will work with six ancestral domains and partners in Loreto, Bunawan, Talacogon, Rosario and La Paz, Agusan del Sur.

What the role will do
- Process and track authorized payment requests cash advances reimbursements releases and liquidations.
- Check transaction and procurement packages for completeness approvals budget coding and required supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate finance procurement and accountability trackers and well organized audit ready files.
- Support budget monitoring monthly closing financial reporting and audit preparation under the guidance of ECOWEB finance officers.
- Coordinate finance administration for field activities suppliers travel and project office operations.
- Help project staff and partners meet ECOWEB and donor documentation requirements on time.
Who should apply
- A graduate of Accountancy Accounting Technology Finance Business Administration or a related course.
- With at least two years of relevant finance accounting bookkeeping grants or administrative experience.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets accounting software and electronic filing systems.
- Knowledgeable about cash advances liquidations budget monitoring and procurement documentation.
- Accurate organized ethical and able to protect confidential information.
- Able to work respectfully with Indigenous communities partners and a multidisciplinary field team and willing to travel within Agusan del Sur.
- Committed to ECOWEB safeguarding PSEAH anti-fraud confidentiality data privacy and conflict of interest standards.
