Essential minimum qualifications and professional experience required
Education: Graduate and preferably with masteral units in any of the following degrees: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Science in Community Development/Political Science/Social Work/Anthropology/Agriculture/Entrepreneurial Management, or related field
Minimum Experience Level:
- Significant experience (minimum five years) working in community-based sustainable development projects preferably implemented in IP communities;
- Minimum 3-year experience in actual project management;
- Experience in working with indigenous peoples’ organizations and communities.
- Experience or knowledge in advocacy work on promoting good governance, equity, justice, and human rights;
- Experience or knowledge in social enterprise and sustainable agriculture;
- Understanding of key management and PME frameworks/tools;
- Experience working through partnerships, networking, advocacy and demonstrating leadership;
- Experience on preparing plans, reports and documenting activities practices.
Key Competencies
- Knowledge in conflict transformation and management;
- Strong skills in linkaging, partnership building and advocacy;
- Strong skills in drafting documents, advocacy paper, and reports of high quality and clarity using MS Word

2. Land Rights & Empowerment Officer (1)
Essential minimum qualifications and professional experience required
Education: Graduate in any of the following degrees: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Science in Community Development/Political Science/Anthropology/Sociology, or related field.
Minimum Experience Level:
- Significant experience (minimum five years) working on indigenous peoples (IP) issues or land rights and/or mining issues in either IP or non-IP communities;
- Minimum experience of at least three years in advocacy and engaging the government
- Experience in the documentation of IPS and IPO, formulation of ADSDPP or similar area/spatial development planning;
- Experience in policy advocacy;
- Experience in land surveying and in dealing land and other resource-based conflicts;
- Experience in dealing with government agencies especially DENR, DAR and Register of Deeds;
- Experience working through partnerships, networking, advocacy and demonstrating leadership;
- Experience on preparing plans, reports and documenting activities practices.
Key Competencies
- Strong skills in drafting advocacy paper, program strategies and reports of high quality and clarity;
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to work quickly and to meet deadlines;
- Familiarity with Indigenous Peoples Rights Act (IPRA) and its subsequent administrative orders, Mining law, and related land and forest laws in the Philippines;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including across cultural contexts;
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Communications, Advocacy And Accountability Officer (1)
Essential minimum qualifications and professional experience required
Work Experience:
- Experience of handling complex communications campaigns
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ relevant experience in a communications role.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Experience on preparing plans, reports and documenting activities practices.

Essential minimum qualifications and professional experience required
Education: Graduate in any of the following degrees: Bachelor of Science in Community Development/Political Science/Social Work/Agriculture/Entrepreneurial Management, or related field
Work Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian information management and coordination or a related field;
- Knowledge on livelihood promotion, natural resource management, payments for ecosystem services, climate change adaptation, gender equality and social inclusion,
- Experience in skill development, income generation activities, and entrepreneurship development would be an added advantage;
- Experience working within the Development agencies; and
- Experience in humanitarian response and recovery operations is desirable.
5. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (1)
Essential minimum qualifications and professional experience required
- Masters or bachelor’s degree in monitoring and evaluation; social sciences; systems science, and/or other relevant fields with at least two or three years of relevant professional work experience respectively;
- At least three years of experience in M&E and knowledge management in the development sector, preferably with an NGO or international organization;
- Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies, tools, and techniques;
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting;
- Preferred knowledge of mobile data collection tools such as Kobo;
- Familiarity with information management systems and analysis software is a plus;
- Familiarity with project management and reporting;
- Experience in facilitating knowledge management and learning events;
- Field experience is an asset;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
6. Project Finance and Admin Assistant (1)
Essential minimum qualifications and professional experience required:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working as a financial admin assistant;
- Working knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks;
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind;
- Excellent analytical skills and financial prowess;
- Good organizational and time-management skills;
- Strong team player with solid communication skills;
- High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information;
- Ability to organize effectively, work under pressure with attention to detail, precision and accuracy.
