Following the devastation of Typhoon Mangkhut, known as Typhoon Ompong in the Philippines, that hit the country in September 2018, ECOWEB with local facilitators of the Participatory Action Learning in Crisis found a community in Benguet heavily devastated by a landslide as a result of the weeks of heavy rains prior to the typhoon.
